$240/night or $1595/week, plus 11.42% Hawaii Tax
Discount:  10% if 14 days or more
Minimum Stay:  3 days (7 days during Christmas and Easter)

VALUE SEASON:  Apr 16th - Dec 14th
$220/night or $1395/week, plus 11.42% Hawaii Tax
Discount:  10% if 10 days or more
Minimum Stay:  2 days (4 days Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
                  and Thanksgiving)

Deposit and Payment Terms:

1)  20% Deposit with reservation;
2)  Deposit Refundable up to 45 days before arrival date. 
3)  Full payment of Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 
4)  Cleaning Fee $100 if stay less than 7 days. 
5)  Hawaii State tax of 11.42% due when full payment is made.
